Cleanliness:
Cleaning your home thoroughly and maintaining a perfect condition is important during the entire marketing process. From photos at the beginning to open houses and private showings it is necessary that your home be in tip top shape for all who are viewing it. This also includes closets and storage areas. These areas will appear larger and more accommodating the more organized that they are.

Staging:
There is no question about the importance of staging your home. Arranging rooms to showcase your home’s true potential as well as removing personal photos and decluttering are all part of the vital process. While preparing your home for sale, be sure to freshen up paint or repair any deferred maintenance that may suggest your home has not been well maintained.

Curb Appeal:
Curb appeal is just as important as staging the interior. The outside of your home is the first and last thing all potential buyers will see so you will want to make a great impression that lasts. Manicure your landscaping, clear your walkways of debris and freshen the paint on your front door if necessary. Get buyers excited before they have even entered the home.

Pricing it Right:
You only get one chance at making a first impression so pricing your home right is very important. Also, you typically will receive the most foot traffic during the first few weeks of it being on the market so you will want to capitalize on these buyers as best as possible. I will provide you with the necessary market data and comparables so that you can arrive at the right list price for your home.
