From photos at the beginning to open houses and private showings it is necessary that your home be in tip top shape for all who are viewing it. This also includes closets and storage areas. These areas will appear larger and more accommodating the more organized that they are.

There is no question about the importance of staging your home. Arranging rooms to showcase your home’s true potential as well as removing personal photos and decluttering are all part of the vital process. While preparing your home for sale, be sure to freshen up paint or repair any deferred maintenance that may suggest your home has not been well maintained.

Curb Appeal:
Curb appeal is just as important as staging the interior. The outside of your home is the first and last thing all potential buyers will see so you will want to make a great impression that lasts.
