About Susan

Susan has developed a wonderful reputation in her 24+ years in the real estate industry and earned the trust of many long-term clients.

Susan is consistently ranked as a top producer in the marketplace, most recently achieving accolades in the Real Trends America’s Best Real Estate Professional with sales among top 1.5% nationwide as well as a Top Real Estate Producer by Boston Magazine.

When working with Sellers, Susan tailors a strategy positioning the property to maximize a home’s value.  With Buyer clients, she provides elective strategies to present the strongest offer and terms while ensuring they get the best value for their investment.

Prior to launching her career in real estate, Susan spent 9+ years in marketing and business development roles at Lotus/IBM.  She also worked in marketing roles for start-up companies.

A native of Massachusetts, Susan grew up on the South Shore in Duxbury and still has a beach sticker.  For more than 30 years, she has lived in the Cambridge, Watertown and Belmont where she currently resides with her two wonderful children &  high-maintenance dogs.
